a lunchbreak of missingness

The Valentines Airlines group on Facebook seems to have taken on a life of its own. The snowball's rolling and words of empathy, support and guidance are flying left, right and center. Thank you to all those who are playing a part in this effort.

The couple's fears are slowly diminishing along with the love-pangs as they watch this thing that appears to be a massive group of love-supporters, take on a form of its own and somehow bring them closer. Their leads for influential people seem to be solidifying bit by bit and the lovelings are optimistic that soon this organism will be what they envision it to be.

Plane-loads of energy have gone into finding contact details and pursuing Valentines Airlines Crew and it seems to be going a long way. The core of this aircraft lies not in the cockpit where James and Tatjana are seated but rather in the motor. If there's no motor, there's no flight and the couple can send proposals and requests but they cannot force supporters to join the group and more importantly they cannot force an airline company to hand them a free flight in order to bring them together again.

Fully aware of this predicament or worldly law, the couple separately continue to live their lives on opposite sides of the world with thoughts of each other occasional skipped heartbeats as they are constantly flooded with reminders of their distant one.

The Valentines Airlines Group, the effort at gaining 10 000 members who support causes of love in an attempt at a free return flight from Barcelona to South Africa is gaining momentum and as it does so does Tatjana and James' hope for being together for Valentines day. The group today is 696 people strong and growing. If you haven't joined yet, do it now and if you have.... tell all your friends to tell all their friends to tell all.... you know.
